Preserving cultural and ecological values through Gau Raksha
Encouraging ethical treatment and compassion toward animals
At Priti Sonkar Jankalyan Seva Foundation, we are committed to protecting and caring for cows, recognizing their cultural, ecological, and spiritual importance. Through shelters, proper feeding, veterinary care, and awareness programs, we ensure their wellbeing. Our initiatives promote compassion, ethical treatment, and community participation, fostering respect for animals and preserving traditions. By supporting Gau Raksha, we aim to create a sustainable and responsible environment for both animals and society.
Our volunteers actively work with local authorities and communities to rescue stray, neglected, and injured cows from roads and unsafe conditions. Rescued animals are provided with shelter, medical care, and nourishment in dedicated gaushalas.
Managing Gaushalas with proper care, feeding, and veterinary support for cows. Promoting welfare, ethical treatment, and community involvement to ensure a safe, healthy, and sustainable environment for these sacred animals.
We train and support rural communities in utilizing cow dung and urine for organic farming, composting, and biogas production — promoting sustainable income sources and reducing dependence on chemical fertilizers.
Awareness programs and workshops are conducted to educate communities on animal rights, ethical treatment, and the environmental benefits of protecting cows.
